The policies and procedures below apply to all Wolf PAC programs except Private Lessons.

Deposits offer an opportunity for families to reserve their child’s spot in a program. If a family ultimately decides not to join the program, the deposit is non-refundable.
Deposits:
Upon registration, patrons have the option to pay in full OR put down an 8% non-refundable deposit and opt into an automatic payment plan.
Deadlines & Payment Plans:
Tuition is due two weeks prior to the start of a program. If not paid in full, tuition will be automatically billed to the card on file on the selected installment date(s).

Withdrawal:
With advance notice of TWO WEEKS prior to the start date of a program, any tuition paid is refundable minus the 8% deposit. With notice of less than two weeks prior to the start date of a program, tuition is non-refundable*.
*If a student withdraws within one week of a program’s start date, tuition may be credited minus the 8% deposit only if Wolf PAC is able to fill the spot with someone from an existing waitlist.
Transfers:
Students may transfer into a different available program within the same academic year for no fee within one week of the program start date.
Wolf PAC reserves the right to ask a student to switch out of a performance program if conflicts involving tech, dress, or performance dates are not disclosed at the start of the program.

Tuition Credits: Tuition credit can be used towards any future Wolf PAC program.
A fee of $35 will be assessed for returned checks.
No prorate will be made for absences or for weather-related cancellations.
All drop off and pick up procedures will be emailed to families prior to the start of programming. Parents/Guardians who pick up their student more than 10 minutes after a Wolf PAC program will be charged an overtime fee.

Wolf PAC reserves the right to cancel programs that are not fully enrolled. In this case, alternate available options will be offered. Otherwise, payment will be refunded in full.
Inclement Weather: Wolf PAC reserves the right to cancel or move to online programs due to inclement weather or other unavoidable circumstances.

No Wolf PAC patron will make a business-related phone call or text message to a Wolf PAC staff member’s personal phone. No Wolf PAC employee will receive a business-related call or text from a Wolf PAC patron to their personal cell/home phone numbers.

If a child is picked up late from a program, the following fees will incur:
Summer Camp: You will be charged after care fees to the nearest half hour of care until 5:30pm, when after care ends. If a child is picked up after 5:30pm, you will be charged at $1 per minute for any additional time.
All other Programming: Late pickups will incur a late fee of $1 per minute starting five minutes after a program’s end time.

The purpose of Wolf Performing Arts Center’s Code of Conduct is to ensure a safe, positive environment for all students and families involved in our programming. Failure to abide by these guidelines could lead to dismissal from Wolf PAC programming or premises. Please read below for expectations and guidelines:
Language
Parents and visitors must understand young children are present in our building. Wolf PAC prohibits offensive words and language on our premises which includes, but is not limited to, swearing or cursing.
Threats and Confrontations
Wolf PAC is proud to promote open communication and discussion between staff and families. We expect families to handle disagreements in a calm and respectful manner. Threatening staff, children, or other parents verbally, physically, or in writing will not be tolerated. This includes excessive confrontation in communication through visits, calls, or emails. Wolf PAC has the right to terminate a child’s involvement in programming in the event of disruptive behavior from any parent, guardian, or visitor.
Casting
Wolf PAC believes in educational theater, focusing on the power and merit of ensemble. All students are cast in a way that benefits their growth as a performer and the success of the production as a whole. While we always encourage open communication and questions about roles received, families are asked to do so in a respectful, productive manner.
Confidentiality
Wolf PAC takes the responsibly of protecting children seriously and asks that no family share confidential information about other participants. No patron of Wolf PAC may share any information considered to be confidential or pressure employees or other parents for information which is not necessary for them to know.
Inclusivity
Wolf PAC is proud to offer an inclusive environment where all can feel welcome. Any patron who disparages, discriminates, or otherwise excludes other members of the community will be in violation of this policy.
Respect
All Wolf PAC families are asked to treat staff members, students, and other families with respect, kindness, and patience. Any patron who is unable to abide by this may be asked to leave the premises or be dismissed from a program.
Communication
Families are asked to communicate concerns to Wolf PAC management through email, phone call, or in person. No Wolf PAC Teaching Artist should be confronted by families without setting up a proper channel for communication through Wolf PAC leadership.
Mobile and Texting Privacy Policy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties
