Why choose Dance at Wolf PAC?

We know there are many dance programs in the area to choose from, and are thrilled to be able to offer a unique, supportive experience for dancers of all levels. The Dance Studio at Wolf PAC offers:

  • An opportunity to build community and ensemble

  • An environment where students work together collaboratively instead of measuring themselves against each other

  • Low stakes focus on technique and growth over perfection in performance

  • A chance to pair dance with classes, lessons, or performances in order to experience multiple Wolf PAC programs and develop a well-rounded foundation for performing arts

  • Instructors who work as performers in the area and understand how to elevate dance performance for theatre

  • Full year and half year opportunities-read below for more details!

FULL YEAR OPTION

September 2026 through May 2027

Students will build their confidence in the fall with a focus on technique and skills needed to move comfortably through the basics of dance. They’ll continue that work through the winter, tackling more challenging choreography as they work as individuals and a full ensemble. The spring pulls all of their skills together with a focus on the final showcase for families in May.

HALF YEAR OPTIONS

Join from January to May to continue building skills and technique. Students will learn more challenging choreography this half of the year as they work as individuals and a full ensemble. The spring pulls all of their skills together with a focus on the final showcase for families in May.

Our Dance Philosophy

Wolf PAC provides students the opportunity to grow in all aspects of theatrical performance which includes our Dance Studio program.

The Dance Studio program encourages a strong foundation of dance basics and helps students find comfort moving within their body type. The goal is that no matter their skill level, students find the confidence to perform choreographed pieces with storytelling and acting woven in to support the fundamentals of dance.

Our professional Teaching Artists who specialize in dance technique will offer foundational dance skills, build upon already existing skills, and aim to strengthen students’ overall dance knowledge. The Dance Studio offers dance technique in the safe, supportive, creative environment that embodies the Wolf PAC mission.

My daughter hasn’t had formal dance training before, but she is learning so much in both Broadway Jazz and Tap. The weekly lessons are building her confidence on the stage. She never wants to miss a session— really loves it!
