About: In this one-day workshop, students will work together as an ensemble to create and perform a story! A Wolf PAC teaching artist will lead students through various activities to warm-up their voices, bodies, and imaginations. Students will focus on story structure and recreate classic tales in anticipation of creating their own play today! Using all of these skills, and some fun Wolf PAC props and accessories, students will share with an audience at the end of the workshop!
The Den - 6-12th grade
Time: 4:30-6:15 pm
Dates: 9/27, 10/11, 10/25, 11/8, 11/22, 12/6, & 12/20
About: The Den is a free program for 6-12th grade students. The Den is a pilot program that hopes to strengthen the Wolf PAC youth community by allowing for more growth and independence in a theatrical setting outside of the usual rehearsal structure. The creation of The Den is in response to a desire from current students wanting more opportunities to connect, communicate, create, explore, and learn with their peers. Guided by Wolf PAC educators Tess Kunik and Janine Merolla, The Den has no set agenda, but rather hopes to be created and cultivated by the people within it.
This program is made by possible by a generous donation from Honey Beuf.
