Policies and Procedures

  • Deposits:

    • Classes, Lessons, Workshops, Summer Camp, Artist in Residence: Upon registration, 15% of the full tuition is due in order to secure the student’s spot in the program.  This deposit is non-refundable.

    • Performances: 15% of the full tuition is due upon sign up to secure the performer’s audition.  This deposit is non-refundable unless a student is not offered a role in the production, in which case the deposit/tuition paid is fully refundable minus a $5 administrative fee.

    Payment Deadlines:

    • Tuition is due in full two weeks prior to the start of any program unless an alternate payment plan is arranged.

    How to Pay:

    • E-checks and credit cards are accepted through our registration system.  Cash and paper check payments may be made by calling our offices at (610) 642-0233.

    • Tuition payment plans are available.

  • Classes, Lessons, Workshops, 1st-6th Grade Performances, Artist in Residence, and Summer Camp

    Without advance notice tuition is NOT refundable.  With advance notice of TWO WEEKS prior to the start date of a program, tuition is refundable minus the 15% deposit.

    7th-12th Grade Performances

    If a performer refuses their role in a production before the first rehearsal, tuition is refundable minus the 15% deposit.  If a performer withdraws from a production after rehearsals have begun, tuition is non-refundable.

  • • Tuition Credits: Any tuition credit on a program tuition can be used towards any future Wolf PAC program.

    • A fee of $35 will be assessed for returned checks.

    • There will be a $15 late fee applied to any payment received after the due date.

    • No prorate will be made for absences or for weather-related cancellations.

  • Trial classes are available for fall and spring weekly classes for $45 per class.  Trial class payment will be deducted from the full tuition if the student continues.  If the student does not continue, the remaining tuition is waived.

  • Wolf PAC reserves the right to cancel classes and workshops that are not fully enrolled. In this case, payment will be refunded in full.

    Inclement Weather: Wolf PAC reserves the right to cancel or move online programs due to inclement weather or other unavoidable circumstances. Cancellations will be announced via email and (if opted in) text.

  • • Parents/Guardians are asked to follow specific instructions for drop off/pick up at Wolf PAC. Should parents/guardians choose not to follow these procedures or leave students/campers unattended, Wolf PAC accepts no responsibility or liability.  Parents/caregivers acknowledge that they are aware of the drop off/pickup procedures and assume liability for any injuries, damages, or accidents that occur due to non-adherence to the drop off/pickup procedures.

    • All drop off and pick up procedures will be emailed to families prior to the start of programming.

    • Parents/Guardians who pick up their student more than 10 minutes after a Wolf PAC program ends will be charged a fee of up to $20 an hour.

  • Nut-Free Lunch & Snack: Please note that Wolf PAC is a PEANUT & TREE NUT FREE ZONE.  Due to the severe nature of several nut and legume (peanut) allergies, we will not permit any PEANUT & TREE NUT products in lunches or snacks at camp. This means NO PEANUT or NUTS of any kind (no nut spreads, butters, bars, desserts, toppings, chips or snacks of any kind). Also, we require that lunch be nut free as we are a strictly nut free environment here at Wolf PAC!

  • • No Wolf PAC patron will make a business related phone call to a Wolf PAC staff member’s personal phone.  No Wolf PAC employee will receive a business call from a Wolf PAC patron to their personal cell/home phone numbers.

    • No Wolf PAC patron will text business related messages to a Wolf PAC employee.  No Wolf PAC employee will respond to a text relating to Wolf PAC business from a patron on their cell phones.

    • Facebook and Social Media: No Wolf PAC student will be friends/linked with any staff member and no Wolf PAC patron will use social media to conduct Wolf PAC related business with a staff member.
