Payment Deadlines: Classes/Workshops/Intensives/Performances: Due no later than one week prior to the start of program unless an alternate payment plan is arranged; Camp: Non-refundable deposit due at time of registration; Balance due no later than two weeks prior to the start of camp session.
There will be a $15 late fee applied to all payments received after the due date.
Payment: Cash, checks, Echecks, credit cards, and money orders are accepted. Please make checks and money orders payable to: Wolf Performing Arts Center. Student Withdrawal: Without advanced notice (see details below), tuition is NOT refundable for any Wolf PAC programs.
No deductions can be made for absences or for weather-related cancellations.
Tuition will be pro-rated for late admission.
Please note that processing fees are non-refundable.
Classes: Tuition is refundable, minus a $50 administrative fee, with notice ONE WEEK PRIOR to the start of the session.
Workshops: Tuitions is refundable, minus a $15 administrative fee, with notice ONE WEEK PRIOR to the start of the session.
Performances: Tuition is refundable, minus a $100 administrative fee, with notice by the END OF THE FIRST WEEK of rehearsal.
Camp: Tuition is refundable, minus the $200 non-refundable deposit for two week sessions and a $100 for one week and mini-week sessions, with notice TWO WEEKS PRIOR to the start of the session.
Before and After Care: Tuition is refundable with notice TWO WEEKS PRIOR to the start of the session. A la carte payments are due by the LAST DAY of the camp session.
Tuition Credits: Any credit on a program tuition can be used within the existing academic calendar year (September 1 through August 31). No tuition credits will be honored past August 31st.
Fees: A fee of $35 will be assessed for returned checks. Wolf PAC reserves the right to include a processing fee for each registration.
Trial Classes: Trial classes are available for Fall, Winter, and Spring for $30 per class. Trial class payment will be deducted from tuition if the student joins. Payment must be made by the first day of the class.
Cancellation: Wolf PAC reserves the right to cancel classes and workshops that are not fully enrolled. In this case, payment will be refunded in full.
Attendance: Students and campers are expected to arrive on time. As a courtesy, parents are asked to contact Wolf PAC if students or campers will be late or absent – 610.642.0233 or email@example.com. Wolf PAC does not offer make-up classes or camp days in the event of absences.
Drop Off/Pick Up: Parents/Guardians are asked to follow specific instructions for drop off/pick up at Wolf PAC. Should parents/guardians choose not to follow these instructions, Wolf PAC accepts no responsibility or liability for students and campers left unattended. Parents/Guardians who pick up their student more than 10 minutes after a Wolf PAC program ends are subject to a late fee charge of $7.
Class/Workshop/Rehearsal: Please park in the parking lot when dropping off and picking up students. Walk your child(ren) to the front doors and ring the buzzer for entry if doors are locked.
Camp: Please pull into the parking lot, follow the carpool line, and wait for instructions from counselors. Parents/Guardians are asked to remain in the car for camp drop off/pick up. More detailed instructions will be sent via email prior to the start of the session.
Before and After Care: Please pull into the parking lot, and walk your child(ren) to the front doors. Buzz for entry, and a counselor will assist you. Please note that if your child is not already signed up but is present for early care or after care, a la carte fees will be added to your tuition.
Inclement Weather: Wolf PAC reserves the right to cancel classes for inclement weather. Cancellations will be announced via email, facebook, text and on KYW Newsradio 1060AM. Wolf PAC's closing number is 1153. Wolf PAC is not required to refund partial tuition or make up the class for cancelled classes due to weather.
General Information: Due to severe allergy concerns, Wolf PAC is a NUT-FREE zone. No nuts or food containing nuts will be permitted at Wolf PAC.

- No Wolf PAC patron will make a business related phone call to a Wolf PAC staff member’s personal phone. No Wolf PAC employee will receive a business call from a Wolf PAC patron to their personal cell/home phone numbers.
- Any personal calls to a Wolf PAC staff member from a Wolf PAC student is prohibited, regardless of topic.
- No Wolf PAC patron will text business related messages to a Wolf PAC employee. No Wolf PAC employee will respond to a text relating to Wolf PAC business from a patron on their cell phones.
- Any texts to a Wolf PAC staff member from a Wolf PAC student is prohibited.

- No Wolf PAC student will be friends/linked with any staff member.
- No Wolf PAC patron will use social media to conduct Wolf PAC related business with a staff member.
