Continuing Our Efforts to Help the Environment & Future Generations

Sustainability means meeting our own needs without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. Adopting sustainable practices, whether large or small, can have significant impacts in the long run.

Wolf PAC continually makes decisions to help our environment, economy and society with the goal for all of us to thrive in perpetuity.

Below are some ways Wolf PAC is working to reach our sustainability goals:

  • Wolf PAC normally prints over 140,000 pages each season to make our playbills - this equals almost three trees! Wolf PAC is continuing our efforts to become more eco-friendly, and digital playbills help save our environment and reduce our carbon footprint.

  • Wolf PAC has placed recycling bins all over the building - focusing especially in the office - to allow materials that have finished their life here to be reused and recreated elsewhere.

  • You may notice your tickets or candygrams have some fun theatrical words or images on the back! We upcycle paper and other materials for our lobby printing in order to reduce paper waste from single use items.

  • Wolf PAC does our best to save costumes, set pieces, props, and materials to be reused over and over again! While watching a show, you may see pieces of former sets, parts of costumes, or props that have seen life in many shows!

  • Wolf PAC is working to reduce printing and paper by switching to all online filing systems and investing in secure, cloud based storage…and so much more!

  • After many years, Wolf PAC saved up and installed a water fountain and water bottle refilling station in our building. We encourage our staff and students to hydrate, and plastic single-use water bottles are wasteful with a large negative ecological impact. This new water fountain and water bottle refilling station is filtered, cold, and encourages reusable water bottles. It even has a cool counter on it that tells you how many plastic bottles you saved from landfills - in just two days of camp we save around 100 bottles!
