Wolf PAC Statement Regarding Coronavirus and Expanded Virtual Offerings

Hello Wolf PAC Families,

At Wolf PAC, we are committed to putting our community’s health and safety first.

Wolf PAC is situated within Montgomery County and Lower Merion School District.  As such, our protocol is to follow the guidelines of the county and the closings of the school district.  As per the announcement from Governor Wolf, we will follow protocol and close our doors until it is deemed safe to resume activities.

All on-site Wolf PAC activities will be cancelled until further notice.  We will continue be in touch about activities already scheduled.  If you are involved in current programming, please check your email or call our office number to inquire about what is happening for your specific program.

Summer Camp Status:

Thank you so much for your patience while we took a closer look at the best way to offer our summer camp program.  After much thought and continued research on the predicted path of COVID-19, Wolf PAC has made some important decisions for our Summer Theatre Camp 2020 season.

We are excited to announce that we will offer a virtual camp model all summer.  From June 22-August 28, camp will be in session - virtually!

Wolf PAC’s Virtual Summer Theatre Camp offers two flexible options, half-day or full-day, for theater lovers of all ages (K-12).  All programs explore active, creative theater opportunities with a final showcase at the end of each week. Campers can choose musical theater, acting or a combination of both this summer for a fun and exciting theatrical experiencePlease click here for more information on virtual summer theatre camp!

We have made the decision not to offer an in-person camp through July 31, 2020, in order to play our part in the safety and health of our community.  If we are able to gather in-person as of August, we will also offer camp at Wolf PAC’s Bryn Mawr location in addition to the virtual option. Please click here for more information on our on-site offerings.

While the summer may look a little different than planned, we are excited for this new version of camp and cannot wait to share it with you!  We believe in putting our families first and therefore have made our virtual camp options with your needs at the forefront.  We are a community and are committed to doing our part to helping each other in every way we can during these unprecedented times.

Wolf PAC is committed to spreading theatre and arts to our community, especially in trying times.  We are excited to announce that many of our current programs have gone VIRTUAL - check them out below!

PRIVATE LESSONS:  We have expanded private lessons times, where instructors will teach students virtually in their homes in voice, acting, dance, or beginner piano.  Please email sarah@wolfperformingartscenter.org and janine@wolfperformingartscenter.org to learn more and set up lessons for your child.

WOLF BYTES: Also check out Wolf Bytes - our new videos created for your family to do right in your home posted on our social media and Youtube pages!

SOCIAL MEDIA: Wolf PAC is keeping up to date with all our social media and posting activities, videos, ideas, and other fun on our Facebook and Instagram pages.  Follow us and join the fun!

This is a time of uncertainty, but Wolf PAC is committed to do our best to be good ambassadors of community health and safety.  We are already taking extra precautions and sanitizing measures within our own building for when it is determined safe to reopen our doors.  We will, of course, continue to follow the closings of Lower Merion School District and the announcments of Montgomery County.

Stay safe, stay healthy, and thank you for being a part of our Wolf PAC Family.

With thanks,

Bobbi and the Wolf Performing Arts Center Staff
