Erin Coffman

Erin is a second-year theatre graduate student at Villanova University and a recipient of the Thomas and Tracey Gravina Scholarship. She is interested in acting, directing, and costume design. She earned her B.A. from Washington College in 2017, graduating with departmental honors, and received thesis honors for her direction of The Glass Menagerie by Tennessee Williams. She is also a recipient of Washington College’s Stewart Theatre Award and two Mary Martin Grants. Erin is an alumna of the American Theatre Wing’s SpringboardNYC Class of 2017, where she spent two weeks learning from the likes of David Henry Hwang, Katherine Burton, Lucy Liu, and others, and as a member of the Wing served as a seat filler for the 2017 and 2019 Tony Awards. She loves spending time at her childhood home on a barrier island near Atlantic City, NJ, and spends her free time painting, learning new instruments, and taking care of her plants.
