Like many others in Philadelphia and beyond, we mourn the passing of a dear friend and supporter, Ed Rosen. We believe “Uncle” Ed’s life epitomized the concept of the Hebrew L’Dor V’Dor/ From Generation to Generation and are grateful that an anonymous donor has established The Edward H. Rosen Butterfly Project Memorial Fund. Our donor says, " I can think of no better way to actualize [his] love-in-action than to make possible the continuing work of Holocaust education by children to children; and to the adults who accompany them on life’s journey."
As we begin the 2014-2015 season performing Celeste Raspanti’s play, I Never Saw Another Butterfly we are grateful that this fund enables us to continue presenting the play to audiences at no charge. In this way we believe that Ed Rosen will have an impact on future generations.
We are grateful for having known him and to all who contribute to the Edward H. Rosen Butterfly Project Memorial Fund in his memory.
