FALL CLASSES
BROADWAY BABIES - all classes culminate with a showcase
PERFORMERS & PARENTS
Each week a story comes to life as our youngest performers act using music
and props. Parents, grandparents, or sitters share the stage with their star!

INTO THE SPOTLIGHT
Students will step into the world of theatre through music, imaginative play,
storytelling and movement. These young actors will focus on confidence-building
as well as creative expression.

TREASURE TRUNK THEATRE
Each week, treasure comes out of the magical trunk! Costumes, props, and
music bring the imagination of each actor to Center Stage. Children will
share dramatic adventures while developing creativity and communication skills.

MUSICAL THEATRE - all classes culminate with a showcase
BROADWAY KIDS - FIRST STAGE
Young actors are introduced to theatre through storytelling, music,
and movement. Theatre games will encourage imaginative play and
will develop an understanding of characters. Three sections of this
class are offered as a convenience to those enrolled in 1/2 day
kindergarten programs!

BROADWAY KIDS - SECOND STAGE
Students will sing, dance, and act in this introduction to musical theatre. They will
enjoy singing through vocal warm-ups, dancing through movement exercises, and
acting through character creation.

BROADWAY BEAT
This class is for beginning dancers who want to dance to the beat of Broadway
music while learning basic techniques. Students will dance to modern and classic
Broadway numbers.

BROADWAY CABARET
As students develop vocal performance skills necessary for musical theatre, they
will learn which songs are the best fit for their voice type. Students will enjoy
building their vocal potential and maximizing their talent.

PRIVATE VOICE LESSONS
Students will benefit from personalized vocal instruction and training with eight
private, ½ hour voice lessons. Students will meet in a small group for the final 2
classes.

5, 6, 7, 8... CHOREOGRAPHY
Students with advanced dancing skills will learn how to choreograph and will
create choreographed pieces to teach to students in So You Think You Can't
Dance. Audition or teacher recommendation required.

SO YOU THINK YOU CAN'T DANCE?
This class is for students who love to dance to Broadway songs, but have not
developed the skills to feel confident at a dance audition. Learn the basics in a
positive environment from a professional. Dance to the choreography by Wolf
PAC choreographers.

PAC and GO! Touring Cabaret
It's PAC and go as students in this ensemble travel to local venues (senior centers,
community groups) performing songs and dances from Broadway shows. Rehearsals
during fall session; performances second session. Tuition is for the full year.
Performers will be selected by audition and/or teacher recommendation.

ACTING I
Through theatre games, vocal/movement exercises and improvisation, students
will learn the basics of acting. Students will acquire a better understanding of
character development and a stronger sense of self-confidence.

Improvisation and exercises will prepare students for intensitive scene study.

PRIVATE MONOLOGUE/AUDITION COACHING
Designed for the student who is serious about acting, this class will enable young
actors to focus on their audition technique. Students will receive private instruction
in 1/2 hour blocks for eight weeks and then will enjoy and review each others'
monologues before the final class. Students will learn audition techniques,
text-shaping skills and will refine two monologues for the final class.

MASTER CLASS FOR HIGH SCHOOL
This advanced class is designed for students who want to challenge themselves
with an in-depth exploration of scenes and monologues. This rigorous class
stretches actor's boundaries and abilities by focusing on fine-tuning the craft of
acting.

PERFORMANCE CLASS - The Velveteen Rabbit
Grades 3-12

This beautiful story is based on the classic children's book by Margery Williams.
The Velveteen Rabbit tells the timeless story of children, their imagination, love
and acceptance. The directors will be casting children of all cognitive abilities.
They believe that all children are special, some children have special needs, and
all children can learn from each other.

Policies & Procedures
How to register

Forms
A completed registration form, emergency contact form, and signed release form
must be turned in before the first class.
Payment
Cash, checks, and money orders are accepted. Registration accepted on our website
with credit card payment through PayPal.
No deductions can be made for absences or for weather-related class cancellations.
Tuition will be prorated for late admission.
Please make checks and money orders payable to: Wolf Performing Arts Center.
Fees
All students pay a yearly $20 registration fee; only one registration fee per family per year.
A fee of $25 will be assessed for returned checks.
Performance Class
Performance class fee covers classes, rehearsals, costumes, and production costs. Every
performer will not be called to every class/rehearsal; however, every performer is expected
to attend all required classes/rehearsals.
Class Cancellation
Wolf PAC reserves the right to cancel any class that is not fully enrolled. Payment will
be refunded.
Student Withdrawal
Tuition is refundable, minus a $50 administrative fee, if Wolf PAC is notified at least one
week prior to the start of the session.
Attendance
Students are expected to arrive at class on time. As a courtesy, parents are asked to phone
Wolf PAC if students will be late or absent – 610 642 0233.
Parking
Please park in the church parking lot when dropping off or picking up students. Walk your
student to and from class using the upper doors off the parking lot or via the walkway to the
lower (office) level. Students are not permitted to exit the building unattended. Should
parents choose not to do this, Wolf PAC accepts no responsibility or liability for students
left unattended or for students leaving the building.
Inclement weather
Wolf PAC reserves the right to cancel classes for inclement weather.
Cancellations will be announced on www.wolfperformingartscenter.org and on
KYW Newsradio 1060AM. Wolf PAC's closing number is 1153
Volunteers
We need volunteers to help build sets, stuff envelopes, sell during performance intermissions,
deliver brochures, put make up on the children, sew costumes, supply props, put up posters,
fundraise, tell friends and neighbors about Wolf PAC, etc...we need you!
