HOW TO REGISTER

PAYMENT
- Cash, checks, and money orders are accepted
- Credit cards are accepted online
- No deductions can be made for absences.
- Please make checks and money orders payable to:
WOLF PERFORMING ARTS CENTER

FEES
- All Fall/Winter/Spring students pay a yearly $20 registration fee; only one registration fee per family.
- Fall/Winter/Spring class tuition varies by class and is due by the start of the session.
- All Summer students pay $100 per week non-refundable deposit that is due at the time of registration.
- Summer Tuition balance due three weeks before your child's session begins.
- A fee of $25 will be assessed for returned checks.

PERFORMANCE/CLASS REGISTRATION
- Tuition for Fall or Spring classes will be credited toward Performance classes if student cast in the show.

CLASS CANCELLATION
- Wolf PAC reserves the right to cancel any class that is not fully enrolled. Payment will be refunded.
|

STUDENT WITHDRAWAL
- Fall/Winter/Spring Tuition is refundable, minus a $20 administrative fee, if Wolf PAC is notified at least one week prior to the start of the session.
- Refund of Summer tuition balance only if cancellations are made more than three weeks before the start of session.

ATTENDANCE
- Students are expected to arrive at class on time.
- As a courtesy, parents are asked to phone Wolf PAC if students will be late or absent.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
- Wolf PAC reserves the right to cancel classes for inclement weather. Cancellations will be announced on www.wolfperformingartscenter.org.
- Our KYW School Closing Number # 1153. There will be an announcement on KYW-1060AM Radio in the event of a cancellation.
